Невыдающиеся бравас на выдающейся террасе Место OXID La Tertulia в Les Corts обладает идеальной барселонской террасой - здесь время замирает и жизнь ощущается искрящейся и прекрасной. Дует ветерок, поют птички, дела рассасываются сами собой. Пататас бравас тут - окнорм. Вроде все на месте, все компетентно, даже луковыми чипсами посыпано, но вау-эффекта не возникает. Правда, в плюс к заведению - они придумали брава…

Совершенство в Эщампле Барабанная дробь!!!! У нас БОГОУГОДИЕ!!! Бравас из местечка Senyor Vermut в левом Эщампле я присудила 10 из 10. Горячие, острые, с двумя соусами и небольшой порцией зелёного перчика сверху - все как надо! Было бы сложно решить, 8 баллов, 9 или 10, но стоят эти бравас 2.95€. Повторяю: 2.95€! В Барселоне в 2024 году!!! Сам Сеньор Вермут столики на террасе даёт только на час и жёстко это конт…

Хорошая картошка в обезумевшей Грасии Заведение под любопытным названием Nou Candanchú на Plaça de la Vila de Gracia подает хорошие пататас бравас. Картошка горячая, соус вкусный и действительно острый, порезано все как надо. Минусы небольшие: картошка могла бы быть совсем чуточку более хрустящая, и я лично предпочитаю когда красный и белый соус на картошке лежат по отдельности, а не смешанные в единую розовую субс…

Неудача: бравас из Bar Torpedo Bar Torpedo известен и любим барселонцами за бутерброды и картошку бравас. Если почитать отзывы на гугл-мэпс - складывается ощущение, что в бар Торпедо люди едут из каталонских деревень раз в жизни попробовать барселонскую легенду. И вот я сходила туда и попробовала бравас и сэндвичи, и осталась... в недоумении? Все весьма плохо. Сэндвичи с претензией, но невкусные. То есть да, краб,…

Bravas из Velódromo Velódromo на пересечении улиц Muntaner и Diagonal - бар с богатой историей. Открытый в 1933 году, почти всегда он был штаб-квартирой всякой либерально-богемной шушеры типа меня: в войну здесь жили лидеры республиканских сил, после войны собирались каталонцы и придумывали проекты, сохраняющие культуру и каталонский язык. Пататас бравас в La Porca Отведали картошки в модном месте в Побле-Сек, где специализируются на свинине и бургерах. Есть два варианта бравас: обычные бравас (8€) и со свининой (9.5€). На фото с мясом. Картошка сделана просто идеально, хрустит, горячая, вкусная. Красный соус отличный. Белый - домашний, но совершенно никакущий, просто безвкусный жир на тарелке. Вердикт: 6/10. Сага о картошке в Casa Seat Часть 3. Новости! В Casa Seat осознали свои ошибки и вновь - в третий раз - переосмыслили патас бравас. Теперь там подают мини-картошечки, приготовленные целиком и в мундире. Цена - 7€. Соусы по-прежнему домашние и вкусные. Я лично была и остаюсь поклонницей первой версии, но картошечки в мундире вкусные, а также очень радостно, когда люди отказываются от бесовщины и идут к свету. 7/1…

Пататас бравас в Ziryab Fusion Tapas bar. Картошка - компетентная, но не выдающаяся. Четкие 5 из 10. А вот место интересное - делают испанско-марроканский фьюжн, много вегетарианских блюд, десерты чумовые (лавандовое мороженое!).
