اعتدتُ في هذه الحرب على إنهاء كلّ حوار مع أيّ أحد بعبارة: "أتمنى السّلامة لك ولأُسرتك". صباح اليوم، استخدمت ذات العبارة مع صديق، فأجابني : "أسرتي ليست بحاجة للأُمنيات.. جميعهم قد رحلوا".
حين نرى الشّهداء.. نتمنّى ألف مرّة أن نكون مثلهم، أن يختارنا الله كما اختارهم، ونخبّئ دعوةً في قلوبنا، لكن انتبه ألّا يُحرّك هذا الطّلب روحك وجسدك وكُلّك لأن تكون شهيدًا أو تُكمل على ذات الطّريق، وإلا فأنت أسير الأمنيات..
