Автомобилисты практически не пропускают пешеходов на нерегулируемых переходах. Если в Киргизии примерно 2-3 водителя из 10 пропустят, то здесь это, дай бог, 1 из 10. Были установлены во время пандемии для соблюдения социальной дистанции. Скоро только такие артефакты и будут напоминать про ковид.
