원래는 저런 크랙상태가 유지가 되지 않음. 보통은 꺽여서 쳐맞고 내려오거나 원유가격이 따라붙는게 일반적인데 부분적으로 회복된 원유 흐름·비축유 방출 → 원유 가격은 눌릴 수 있음 정유공장·제품 수출·운송은 제약 → 디젤·가솔린 공급은 계속 타이트 → HO/가솔린 가격과 크랙은 높게 유지
