Рассказываю историю треш. Слабонервным и впечатлительным прошу не читать. История реальная. От себя я ничего не добавляю. Когда я только закончил МГИМО некоторое время я снимал квартиру с приятелем. Вдвоем было дешевле и весело. И вот одним утром я сижу на сайте знакомств и там наклевываеся какой-то вариант. Какие страшные вещи иногда скрываются за дверьми соседних квартир. Двадцать один год я прожил в особенном доме. В советское время в нем жили ведущие сотрудники Уралмашзавода, а сам двор гордо назывался "Дворянское гнездо". В нашем подъезде было восемь квартир и все были очень хорошо знакомы. Высокие потолки под три с половиной метра. Лепнина. Чувствовалось много воздуха. В квартире напротив нашей жила обычная семь…

Один из моих первых бизнес провалов был такой. Я занимался перепродажей аксессуаров для сотовых телефонов: закупался на Ebay, накручивал 100% сверху и вез это на Савеловский рынок. Плюс у меня была группа Вконтакте, где я по модели дропшиппинга продавал одежду. В 2011 году можно было купить что-то только в обычном магазине, а из Китая приезжали недорогие корсеты, куртки, ремни и прочее. Тогда как раз появился сайт…

Всегда надо идти по дороге на встречу движению. Есть история, после которой, я это правило выучил. Мой сосед по общежитию МГИМО рассказывал как однажды с друзьями шли по трассе по ходу движения. В какой-то момент он немного оторвался вперед. Внезапно в него влетает машина. Его буквально складывает вдвое. Итог: перелом обеих ног, таза и еще много чего по мелочи.

Консультирую компании. И начинаю разговаривать с сотрудниками. 8 из 10 случаев, когда я вижу что сотрудник слабый - он пришел по какому-то блату. Практически без исключений. Потом начинаешь смотреть внимательно, что это сотрудник делает, а там ад. Такие люди умудряются нанять еще более слабых и так далее. Теперь про термины. Блат здесь в смысле отношений (друзья, любовники и тд).

Когда появляется ребенок многое меняется. Мало спишь. Болезни. Стресс. Это сложно сравнить с обычной жизнью. При этом тебя учит твой ребенок. Незамутненный ум видит все кристально чисто. Удивительно
