🚫مصرف نمک دریا ممنوع ♦️یکی از مشکلات ما در ۳۰ سال گذشته کمبود ید بود. به طوریکه شاهد شیوع ۶۰ تا ۷۰ درصدی گواتر در کشور بودیم که یکی از علام کمبود ید است. بنابراین وزارت بهداشت با ید دار کردن نمکهای خوراکی این موضوع را کنترل کرد. به طوریکه بعد از ۳۰ سال شیوع گواتر از ۷۰ درصد به ۶.۵ درصد کاهش یافته است. اما در چند سال اخیر به دلیل یک سری تبلیغات غیرعلمی از سوی افراد سودجو، نمکهایی که ید کافی ندارند از جمله نمک دری…
