Сейчас в Америке, особенно после COVID, очень много работы. И это не удивительно, потому что люди все ещё боятся физически ходить на работу. Стараются работать на удалёнке. Ну рынок то ожил. По открывались магазины и прочие предприятия где необходимо то чтобы сотрудник физически пришел на работу. Так произошло что теперь предложение труда в несколько раз превышает спрос труда.
