So sieht gerade die Werbung für Neubau von Wohnhäusern in Lindenstruth aus - und zwar nördlich der Bahnlinie, also zusätzlicher Verkehr in jedem Fall für die bisherige B49. Die Umgehungsstraße nützt gar nichts. Und dann werben sie noch mit ÖPNV-Anschluss. Ich habe Strafanzeige erstattet wegen des gestern begonnenen Baus der B49-Umgehungsstraße Reiskirchen. Der Oberboden am Brückenbauwerk 3 wurde gestern, wie in der Bauausschreibung festgeschrieben, abgetragen. Damit wurden alle möglichen Lebensstätten geschützter Arten und dort eventuell vorhandene Einzeltiere vernichtet. Dieses hätte laut Naturschutzgesetz und den Auflagen des Hessischen Verwaltungsgerichtshofs nur n…

Sie haben einfach die Fläche an Bauwerk 3 zerstört - ohne Umsiedlung der Eidechsen, wie es vorgeschrieben war. Nach den Fälschungen nun die Rechtsbrüche. Aber die Institutionen des Staates und der Gemeinde werden zusammenhalten im Stil einer Mafia - eine Hand wäscht die andere plus sich gegenseitig decken.
