⭕️حدود اختیارات شورای مرکزی⭕️ حدود اختیارات هر شخص حقیقی یا حقوقی در قانون مشخص و معین میشود . حتی وزارتخانه ها ، ادارات دولتی و سازمانها هم اختیارات شان نامحدودنیست . با این همه شاهدیم برخی نهادهای مرتبط با سازمان نظام مهندسی بخشنامه هایی خارج از حدود اختیارات صادر میکنند. البته تعدادی از آنها توسط مراجع قضایی یا دولتی ابطال میشوند اما بسیاری نیز جاری و اجرایی …
