باید تشخیص بدی که تو کدوم زمان ها انرژیتون بیشتره. اگه صبح ادم پر انرژی هستید اون کاری که ازتون خیلی وقت میبره همون صبح انجام بدید
ممکنه بعضی اوقات حسش نباشه به ترتیب اون لیستی که شب نوشتید عمل کنید. اگه نوشتید ۶ تا ۹ درس خوندن ولی اون موقع حال ندارید ، اونو با کارایی که ساعت ۳ تا ۵ میخواستید انحام بدید ، جا به جا کنید.
اینطور برنامه ریزی نکنید که مثلا ساعت ۳:۳۰ حتما باید لین کارو بکنم نه اینجوری ادم احساس رباط بودن بهش دست میده فقط کافیه بدونید از ساعت ۳ تا ۵ چه کارایی رو باید انجام بدید
یه ادم موفق شبا قبل خواب برای خودش لیست کارایی که قراره فردا انجام بده رو مینویسه که بهش میگن برنامه ریزی روزانه این برنامه ریزی هم بهتره به بازه زمانی تقسیم کنید مثلا ۴ تا ۶ عبادت ۶ تا ۱۰ درس و مطالعه ۱۰ تا ۱۲ استراحت و حمام نماز اول وقت ۱ تا ۴ ..... همینطور طبق کارای خودتون ادامش میدید.
برای خودم چند تا کار رو مشخص میکنم که باید تا یک ماه ، هر روز انجام بدم. مثلا موقع نماز حواسم جمع باشه ، یه کتاب راجب این موضوع بخونم و... لایو داداش رضا رو ببینید بهتر متوجه میشید.
من طبق اون برنامه ریزی کلی که یکسال اول معنویات رو انتخاب کردم این برنامه ریزی هم انجام میدم. مثلا میخوام تو این یکسال ، یک ماهشو روی درست و با تمرکز نماز خوندن وقت بزارم.
