Куркума.
Из чего состоит? Смесь состоит из пряностей высшего качества, и приготовлена по рецептуре, указанной в аюрведе: куркума, имбирь, черный перец.
Для кого? Идеально для: - спортсменов; - людей с лишним весом; - нейтрализации пагубных последствий вредных привычек; - тех кто решил взяться за свое здоровье.
Как принимать? 1. В профилактических целях. Добавляем как приправу в практически любые блюда: первые, вторые, чай и т.д. 2. В лечебных целях. От 1/3 чайной ложки, до 1 полной ложки смеси (зависит от вкусовых привычек) засыпаем в стакан -> заливаем теплой водой -> выпиваем. Рекомендую добавить ложку мёда. Принимать 2 раза в день (утром и вечером).
