Это Лиза, сегодня возвращаюсь к ежевторничным чтениям в 21:00. после нонфикшена про животных было сложно выбрать что-то поддерживающее, и прошлые выходные я смотрела подборки литературы про природу\написанной женщинами, а потом вспомнила, что моя знакомая, работающая в книжном косплеила героиню из "Кантоваров Цубаки" и мне захотелось прочесть. Я собиралась написать этот пост еще летом, писала темы, черновики и либо казалось, что что-то не то, либо было страшно. А сейчас 4 часа утра, я прочла статью, которая объяснила мне как себе немного помочь (ох уж это гугленье всех тревожных вещей и попытки найти что-то в русскоязычной части интернета), кортизол сменился сератонином и у меня есть немного смелости. «Ой, мне не о чем писать (хотя хочется), не найти заметки и вообще мысли разваливаются». Но вообще-то я могу написать про три несвязанные вещи, которые меня поддерживают: 🧜♀️ по средам читаю вслух вот тут, очень кайфово ощущается, хотя очень не хватает настоящего камина. Можно присоединиться как слушатель или как чтец. 🐳 лучший сериал за лето (в смысле понравился больше всего): work in progress. Про любовь, депрес…
