Always check in your people & ask them pointedly - if you need help tell me. Your help may not be sufficient, but you reaching out & doing that little when someone's down matters. It's ok if you couldn t be a part of someone's joyous occasion or happiness, but move mountains to ensure you are there in their sad/needy/down time.
