Адаптация к жаре подрастает и вот что вышло на подводящей работке под субботнюю пятерку: 6×800/400 На стадионе +25☀️ Время: 2:36 / 2:34 / 2:33 / 2:32 / 2:31 / 2:29 Темп: 3:15 / 3:12 / 3:11 / 3:10 / 3:09 / 3:06 Если организм успеет переварить воскресные 34км и пик 3-х недельной загрузки - можно смело ждать хорошего бега в Королеве!

Еще целый месяц лета! Отбегал классический марафонский сет 6х1000/1000 (в прошлый раз было 5), это 12км в сумме (3:40/4:00): 1. 3:35.4 + 3:49.5 2. 3:41.2 + 3:59.5 3. 3:41.9 + 3:58.3 4. 3:40.7 + 4:04.0 5. 3:40.3 + 4:09.0 6. 3:37.0 + 4:00.8 Вроде даже успел восстановиться после воскресных 32км, но уже копится усталость. В Челябинске прошел Чемпионат России по легкой атлетике категории мастерс (35+) Глянул мужскую полторашку. В целом, даже я не сильно бы там потерялся со своими 4:24. А быстрее 4:19 уже топ-5 в абсолюте!

32км 5:30/км ☀️ Жарковато сегодня, но зашло легко. 12км размялись с Серегой и Ваней по яузе до стадиона Останкино и далее с пачкой ВДНХлонгран еще накрутили 20к

Сбегать темпо в 9 утра и успеть до (работы) жары 👌 Сегодня бодрее, чем неделей ранее: 5к 17:30 ~3:30/км в рамках забега 5верст

В этом году под марафон впервые перехожу на 2 выходных (от бега конечно) дня в неделю, что всегда ставлю и ученикам. Две переодические тренировки в день вполне закрывают необходимый тренировочный обьем, а лишний выходной можно потратить на восстановление и, например, на чиллрайд на пляж Клязьмы. Сегодня разведал маршрут. 17км на вело от бабушкинской, вдоль Яузы и пироговского леса и ты здесь ❤️

Один из красивейших маршрутов вглубь пироговского леса. Полностью освещенный, с туалетами, кафе, прокатом вело и абсолютной тишиной вокруг. Помню совсем недавно, до благоустройства и в плохую погоду, тут были непроходимые джунгли из грязи и деревьев. Кстати, этот трек проходит по паломническому маршруту дороги в Лавру. UPD: Оказывается, тут открылся 5верст со стартом из Императорских Мытищ
