Я знал, что в горах пейзажи постоянно меняются - и это дивная особенность гор! Но вот только что осознал, что они могут меняться не только, когда идешь, но и когда стоишь на месте! Бывает, что природные красоты вызывают книжные ассоциации. Вчера вечером, гуляя вдоль реки Каракол и любуясь дивными видами (тут вообще невероятно!), все время вспоминал китайские свитки с чудесными пейзажами - «горы и воды» - ну а вот сегодня с утра осознал, что ведь Китай тут совсем недалеко… #путевыезаметки #ТяньШань

Федор Михайлович как-то сказал: «Все мы вышли из гоголевской "Шинели"». Только что пришло очень грустное известие: умер отец Михаил Ардов… Буквально нынче утром, перебирая стопку книг, лежащих у изголовья для вечерне-ночного чтения, наткнулся на его книгу - и сразу подумалось: как он? Вопрос непраздный: я знал, что он давно и очень тяжело болеет. Ответ не заставил себя ждать - и оказался он очень печальным… Вечная память! #lnMemoriam

Вчера заехал на погост Муравьищи, где не был довольно давно, хотя мимо проезжаем более-менее регулярно. Там Ильинская церковь, классическая, хорошо сохранившаяся: она была закрыта лишь краткое время - с конца 30-х по середину 40-х, открыли ее, когда начался «новый курс», как теперь говорят.
