всем привет, меня настигла лютая тревога из за того что я не успевал дорешать задания на экзамене по вышмату (хотя всем было пох что я остались дописать), и это переросло в паническую атаку, а затем и в нервный срыв несколько раз подряд в публичных местах меня жутко трясло когда я вышли из кабинета и так как у нас был час на то чтобы погулять пока наши экзамены проверяют я погнали в аптеки поблизости. ваще не знали ч…

я уже не могу у меня очень сильная тревога о террактах/несчастных случаях в последнее время,, я очень боюсь что в любой учебный день в любую минуту кто угодно может достать условный дробовик и начать стрелять по всем подряд,, а мало ли в тц в котором я сейчас нахожусь заложена бомба?? а вдруг пока я тут смотрю фильм в кинозале остальная часть кинотеатра уже горит?? как перестать об этом думать 🤧🤧 #тейк

Пиздец я так хочу снова сесть на антики, золофт и прочее. Я не могу уже. 137 дней без них. Это так тяжело. Лишь валосердины, валерьяны выручают, да и то уже организм привыкает как-то к ним, и эффекта нет почти. Тревога управляет мной.. :( #тейк

Мне страшно участвовать в моем любимом фд, Дсмп/мкют.
