Тогда начну самого первого блока - юридической чистоты. Ведь если здесь будет ошибка - то все, остальное уже будет не важно. В нашей с мужем работе самое сложное - это найти подходящий участок. Вот кажется, сколько их в продаже. Ну вот еще очередной «специалист» с тремя высшими… И ведь работает активно 😢 А у нас был клиент, который огромный дом построил. С проектом от известного архитектора. И оказалось, что архитектор даже не счел нужным проверить границы участка, а часть оказалась прихваченной госземлей… Итог - жесткий снос всего дома. За 10 дней снесли. Забавно что одновременно с этой ситуацией произошла другая с моими детьми. Они первый раз пошли сегодня в новую школу. Мы их проводили на школьный автобус и ждали этим же автобусом домой со школы. Самое страшное - вот такие консультанты. Построить на ИЖС кучу домов 🫣 И ведь кто-то и построит, а потом очень удивится, когда получит предписание на снос… А что такой юрист? Пожмет плечами и перестанет отвечать на звонки… ИЖС предназначен для индивидуального жилищного строительства (он так и называется ИЖС) и только одна семья может жить там. Все остальные постройки - только вспомогательные! Это будут не жилые дома…
