Сколько же нюансов в стройке! Кстати не только со стороны заказчиков, но и со стороны исполнителей. Строительный бизнес переживает сложные времена- с одной стороны, рынок и аудитория клиентов расширяются, а с другой — привычные инструменты часто не работают, а довести до конца прибыльные проекты всё сложнее. Занимайтесь делом и не отвлекайтесь на операционку, а разобраться в законах и документах поможет бизнес-меди…

Про откосы на окнах, посмотрите видео, кому актуально. Делаем их в комнатах под покраску. В санузлах отделаем плиткой. Вчера кстати был ровно год с начала нашей стройки🤗

Для автополива, точнее для расчёта стоимости материалов и работ , нарисовала схематично ландшафтный план. Ну, как могу🤷♀️ Не судите строго) Пока даже примерно не представляем стоимость, автополива у нас на даче не было. Поэтому посчитаемся в нескольких местах. На участке уже завезен плодородный грунт и его начинает обживать сорняк, поэтому я переживаю очень( Надо бы с земляными работами поторопиться

Какое роскошество ко мне приехало! Я довольна до неба и обратно! Шикарное зеркало в алюминиевой раме🤌🏻 Его кстати можно использовать и в ванной комнате- есть защита от влаги. А я заказала его для прихожей в новом доме , но вот не терпелось распаковать . Как же круто оно дополняет и расширяет пространство! Пока вот так получается. Образовались две клумбы во входной группе. Одна из них разделяет парковку от части дорожки от калитки до крыльца. Первую Гортензию посадила на штамбе сорт «Коттон крем», в ножки ей подселила спирею серую «Грефшейм». Нужно будет обязательно замульчировать эти клумбочки для минимального ухода, но пока вот даже времени нет за материалом доехать😑

🌿Озеленяемся потихоньку. Посеяли газон перед домом (это была задача со звездочкой- у нас какой-то дикий ветер дует) , обзавелись двумя клумбами во входной группе. Гортензия на штамбе, ива Нана, Туя шаровидная, спирея серая, можжевельник и гортензия Анабель поселились раньше нас получается)

Основной принцип малоуходного сада- большое количество бетона. Шучу конечно 😂 Сняла обзор участка, бетона у нас не больше, чем у всех на самом деле, просто участок узкий. Спину есть где сорвать😂 Пора думать о насаждениях, иначе сорняк тут с постоянной пропиской скоро заселится.
