На уроках Science отправимся к крабам - Magic School Bus Gets Crabby. Узнаем больше про жизнь разных видов крабов, особое внимание уделим hermit crabs (ракам -отщельникам). На видео hermit crabs, которых я снимала, чтоб показать ученикам. 🦀🐚 Кстати, выражение to get crabby означает "становиться раздражительным, ворчливым". На втором видео как раз крабы наверное ворчат, т.к. не могут поделить ракушку 😅

На занятиях Reading Adventures все лето читаем истории про путешествия, каникулы, поездки на море. Август полностью посвящен морской теме. 🌊🐠🪸🌊 На следующей неделе у нас книга без слов. Дети будут с помощью иллюстраций рассказывать историю. Пишите, если хотите присоединиться. Подготовка не нужна.

Total solar eclipse 😎🔆 Наблюдали сегодня солнечное затмение в Лиссабоне. Это явление хоть и происходит каждый год, но не со всех участников Земли можно его наблюдать. В некоторых районах - раз в столетие. Так в Португалии в последний раз было в 1912 году. И в следующий раз предсказывают в 2144. Посетили Океанариум в Лиссабоне (самый большой в Европе) Полюбовались красотами подводного мира. Акулы впечатлили. Ради них сюда приходили, а то в реальной жизни с ними неохота встречаться 😅 Я бывала в океанариуме во Владивостоке, он даже масщтабнее. Но мы еще не бывали в Москвариуме. Magic school bus существует! 😄 Мы с сыном почувствовали себя героями мультсериала магического автобуса. В мультике автобус 🚍 постоянно во что-то превращается. Мы сейчас гостим у моей сестры в Португалии. Вчера прокатились на автобусе-амфибии. 🚍🛥 Это так круто! Садитесь вначале в обычный туристический автобус, осматриваете достопримечательности, а затем прямо с суши автобус эффектно спускается в воду. 😍 Виды с воды …

На этой неделе читаем с группами Magic School bus книгу On the Ocean Floor. Говорим о нашем мировом океане, учим названия океанов, слои океана, объясняем, что такое прилив и отлив, узнаем много классных фактов о морских обитателях. Делаем свой коллаж океанических зон. На фото то, что доставило в лагере моему сыну наибольшую радость. Это пляж, катамаран, сапы, активности с оптикой и лазером и в самом топе - настолки, а в особенности, игра в мафию. Спасибо Марине @Sosnina_films за организацию игр! Это была детская версия с лесными жителями, которые не убивали никого, а изгоняли из леса ☺️ Теперь сын просит, чтоб следующий лагерь был mafia camp 😅😅
