Не получилось провести сделку на краудплощадке(( У клиента объект под ипотекой ИФНС из-за долга. Мы планировали отправить сумму займа на счет с контролем расходования. С этого счета сначала бы списались средства на погашение долга, а остаток - после погашения ипотеки налоговой и регистрации нашей ипотеки Банк, который сопровождает площадку, отказался открыть счет с контролем расходования.
