На заре своей строительной деятельности в 2011 году, когда я работал в одной строительной компании, мы начинали строить дом в этом коттеджном поселке. Тогда он не был никаким бизнес-классом, где дома от 100 млн р стоят 🙈 В то время это было просто огромное поле с уложенными дорожными плитами, по которым ездили камазы с бетоном и участки в этом поселке продавались без подряда, домов на тот момент было от силы около 1…

Как думаете, сложно ли продать такой дом в таком состоянии?
