👆دفاتر اسناد رسمی در سندهای رسمی شهادتنامه، مسئولیتی جهت احراز صلاحیت شاهد ندارند به این ترتیب ، به نظر می رسد اگر محاکم قضائی شهادتنامه های تنظیمی توسط دفاتر اسناد رسمی را بپذیرند، دیگر کنترل شهود حرفه ای از طریق سیستم قضائی منتفی بوده و کارآئی نخواهد داشت.
