دورهای، محدودیتها ما رو مجبور کرد متفاوت فکر کنیم. وقتی دسترسی به تبلیغات گسترده اینستاگرام نداشتیم، مجبور شدیم روی چیزی تمرکز کنیم که قابل کپی نبود: «خلاقیت». همین شد که تو Instagram خیلی از پیجهای ایرانی، نه فقط در سطح داخل، بلکه حتی در مقایسه با نمونههای جهانی، از نظر ایده، سناریو و اجرا جلوتر حرکت میکردن. اما امروز… با تغییر فضا و مهاجرت به پلتفرمهایی که الگوریتمشون به خلاقیت پاداش جدی نمیده، و «بودجه»…
فقط خواستم معایب و مزایای فعالیت تو پلتفرم های داخلی رو بدونید حق انتخابی نداریم متاسفانه 💔
بزرگتر عیب رشد وابسته به پول، نه مهارت تو اینستاگرام: مهارت = ویو ولی اینجا: پول = ویو این خیلی خطرناکه چون: تولیدکننده محتوا پیشرفت واقعی نمیکنه سیستم رشد پایدار شکل نمیگیره

معایب پلتفرمهای ایرانی 1. اعتماد پایین کاربران خیلیها هنوز حس خوبی به این پلتفرمها ندارن → روی فروش اثر میذاره. 2. الگوریتم ضعیفتر نسبت به اینستاگرام وایرال شدن اتفاقی کمتره. اکسپلور واقعی مثل اینستاگرام ندارن. 3. محدودیت در ساخت برند برندینگ قوی سختتره چون: مخاطب حرفهای کمتره پرستیژ پایینتره نسبت به اینستاگرام 4. امکانات محدودتر مثلاً: ابزارهای آنالیز ضعیف امکانات تولید محتوا کمتر نبود ترندهای جهانی
مزایای فعالیت در پلتفرمهای ایرانی (مثل روبیکا، ایتا، بله) 1. رقابت کمتر = رشد سریعتر (در کوتاهمدت) الان هنوز اشباع نشده. یه پیج معمولی میتونه خیلی راحتتر دیده بشه نسبت به اینستاگرام. 2. هزینه تبلیغات پایینتر هم اینفلوئنسر ارزونتره، هم تبلیغات. برای تست کردن بازار خیلی خوبه. 3. عدم وابستگی به فیلتر و VPN این خیلی مهمه. مخاطب راحتتر بهت دسترسی داره → نرخ تبدیل بالاتر. 4. مناسب برای بازار داخل ایران اگر تارگ…
