Поборола свой страх и прыгнула с этого моста. На видео это не зафиксировала, правда, но в памяти это ощущение осталось.Всегда боялась высоты и воды, но мне удалось 🦭После прыжка будто избавилась от чего-то мешающего внутри .

Очень всегда боялась холодной воды, зимы и пошла в свой страх и окунулась в ледяной купели на Красной поляне. Не знаю, какая там температура, но были потрясающие ощущения. Смесь холода, вспышек тепла и энергии, которые вились по всему телу и не хотели останавливаться. К слову, воды холодной я теперь не боюсь и с удовольствием принимаю холодный душ дома. 🫠 А оказалось ещё , что это и полезно
