إيكال الأمر أهله وعدم منازعتهم فيه كما في الحديث ( أن لا ننازع الأمر أهله ) قد يُفهم منه تعطيل النظر في الشؤون العامة لاختصاص الولاة فيها وهذا خطأ . فالأمر إذا أُسند لأهله العدول كانت فيه الكفاية لأن باعث الحكام والأمراء حينئذ المصلحة الحقيقية التي ترعى الدين والدنيا فإن تخلّف شرط العدالة كان الأصوب لأهل العلم المتأهلين تبصّر الشأن العام وتبصير الناس به لإعلاء كلمة الله تعالى في أرضه وبما يحفظ إيمان الخلق وأمنهم .
من دلائل وجود الله تعالى آثار العبادات والطاعات التي تكون لعباده فقيام الليل مثلا أو الدعاء لهما من تحسين الحال وراحة البال وانشراح الصدر ما لا يوجد في غيرهما من أمور الدنيا فالحمدلله على أنوار العبادات .
