Расскажи как получилось, что изменилось в жизни. Как часто бывает тяга и что при этом делаешь? Ну получилось ,что выбор то был не велик: либо вязать, либо гроб или психушка. Вот так я себя накрутил. Не вывожу уже. Где-то нарколог(учет) сдерживает, где-то церковь помогает. Плюс нейро-мышечные проблемы. Правило первой рюмки помогает. Моя алкогольная история (hydro) Мне 35, к алкоголизму шел всю сознательную жизнь т.е. выпивал сначала по выходным, потом чаще, потом практически ЕУ с выходными в хлам. С перерывом на армию, в 25 лет ушел после университета+ годик поскрывался, там год не пил , да особо и не хотел. Вернулся, стал опять подбухивать, подкуривать. Вовремя пандемии 2020 уже всё - начались конкретные запои т.е.отходники, даже уже и выпивая не так много как раньше. В середине апреля вошел в запой, потом очухиваешься середина мая и понимаешь, что без синьки уже не можешь. Так я и попал на АЛКОЗАВР набрав в гугле: самостоятельный выход из запоя. Сработало. Думаю теперь то и запои мне не страшны, но не тут то было. Через месяца полтора оказался в гос.наркухе, матушк…

Есть примеры очень неприятного личного опыта. За время запоя сильно нарушается сон. Ставит все на место иногда очень хорошо мелатонин. Его нужно пить один раз в день вечером 1-2-3 таблетки. После приема через полчаса ложиться спать. Добавлю еще один момент. Не у всех случается, но бывает. Самое тяжелое при отходняке, это жуткие страхи, и беспричинная тревога, доходящая до паники. Причем эти страхи связываются со всем, о чем бы ни подумал. Телевизор, конечно, может отвлечь.
