Побочный продукт, который неожиданно выстрелил. Весной я делал кальвадос - у меня было примерно 150 литров сидра, я его перегнал на медной колпачковой колонне и залил в бочку. Сидр, надо сказать, был почти правильный - смесь кислых и сладких яблок, плюс груша. Перед перегонкой отлил 2 литра в бутылки с бугельной пробкой, добавил немного декстрозы (виноградный сахар), дал постоять в тепле и отправил бутылки в погреб.…

Ха-ха-ха, бинго. Хотя последнее время вещи мигрируют дальше в мой сельский дом и там уже находят свое финальное пристанище. Часть вещей я раздариваю, часть - разрушаются сами, а часть - просто выбрасываю.

Не употребляю третий месяц. Нет, я не зашился и не стал веганом. Просто в апреле прошел диспансеризацию и по результатам я оказался шахтой, в которой куча камней. К сожалению, не драгоценных)) Камни из меня вытащили и, в догонку, запретили есть нормальную еду и употреблять. К чему это я? Много слышал, что при отказе от алкоголя наступает какое-то просветление, и вообще, становишься сверходухотворенным. Вранье )))
