Эта тренировочная неделя по плану самая тяжелая, интенсивные тренировки сменяются длительными. Множество техничных троп приводят на каждой тренировке в новое место и время пролетает незаметно, поэтому тренировки получаются немного больше плана. Но тренер пока ничего не говорит 😉
