Лікарня Генріха Бера – одна з найпомітніших споруд старого Олександрівська. А ще й – перший в історії Запоріжжя пологовий будинок. Зараз ця будівля є архітектурною пам’яткою – долучена до Державного реєстру пам’яток України. 53 роки тому на розі бульвару Вінтера та вулиці Кіяшка відкрився універмаг "Правобережний". Проіснував універмаг трохи більш як 30 років. Зараз тут - "Сільпо". 52 роки тому у палац спорту "Юність" вперше завітав великий хокей — у чемпіонатах країни дебютувала запорізька хокейна команда "Дніпроспецсталь". Великий хокей гостював в Запоріжжі недовго – вже 1974 року команда “ДСС” припинила своє існування. У чемпіонатах вона проведе лише три сезони. Жіноча гімназія Олександрівська. Побудована в 1902 році. Й дотепер виконує свої функції – тут навчаються. Зараз тут – 3-й корпус ЗНУ (на розі вулиць Гоголя та Дніпровської). 48 років тому, 6 жовтня 1975 року, прямо в центрі Запоріжжя сталася трагедія. На будівництві будівлі обкому (зараз — облдержадміністрація) обвалилися будівельні риштування. На жаль, разом з десятками людей, які працювали на них. Влада тоді цю подію замовчала — в місцевих ЗМІ про це не було жодного слова. У кадрі — дивовижний будинок Лящинського (ще з аркою на місці сучасного квіткового магазину) та майбутній Соборний проспект (в районі перехрестя з Троїцькою). 80 з "хвостиком" років тому — під час німецької окупації.
