Как понять, что любишь себя, что это любовь к себе, а не эго.тут управляет., вроде любишь себя, ухаживаешь за собой, прорабатываешь себя, появляется уверенность и многое другое, НО.. иногда не понимаешь, это я себя тешу, успокаиваю, люблю... ( где ты любишь истина себя, а где идешь на поводу у эго, думая, что это и есть любовь к себе?
3. Прийти к любви к себе возможно, делая определенные техники и практики. Даже небольшие по 5-10 минут в день. Всех благ 🙏
