ТТГ - хлыст для загнанной лошади. Гормоны щитовидной железы в норме, но гипофиз ее подгоняет работать во всю силу. Это называется субклинический гипотиреоз. Что происходит : • щитовидная железа работает, но с усилием • Гипофиз «подгоняет» её → повышает ТТГ • Т4 пока держится в норме → поэтому «клиника» может быть слабой или размыто-функциональной.
