Начнём 2023 с лёгкого баяна, очень известной истории, которая уже стала полу-легендарной байкой. Контекст: в Нидерландах есть производитель электровелосипедов VanMoof. На днях муниципалитет отчитался о том, что они понизили уровень воды в каналах около Geldersekade на 7 сантиметров. Почему? Потому что один из постоянных жителей дома-лодки решил переехать... Со своим домом! А при обычном уровне воды его дом тупо не пролезал под мост. Вот, а вы говорите, трудно переезжать, столько коробок и мебели...

Зима! За последние 7+ лет тут, на моей памяти первый раз больше дня (а именно, дня три подряд) по всей стране держалась минусовая температура. Из минусов - очень холодно, как внутри, так и снаружи - с нынешними ценами на газ благосостояние (или расточительность) человека можно отличить по настройкам термостата у него дома. В местной "Новой Москве", а именно присоединившемуся к Амстердаму в марте 2022 года ПГТ под названием Weesp, есть закрытая деревушка под названием Hogeweyk. Чем она интересна? Hogeweyk это комплекс сооружений, которые напоминают обычный маленький городок, когда прогуливаешься там. Там есть всё, что вы ожидаете увидеть - парикмахерская, супермаркет, паб и театр. Интересный факт: каждый год королевская семья отправляет Канаде 20'000 луковиц тюльпанов. Почему?
