Инсайт сегодняшнего дня, которым хотелось поделиться. В молодой команде, оставшейся без СМ, мне на какое-то время пришлось его заменить. Нашла классный ролик про, казалось бы, простое событие Daily Scrum. Событие короткое, простое, но очень часто команды не понимают его суть и проводят не правильно. На днях команда предложила проводить PBR в два потока. Отдельно бизнесовый, отдельно технический, чтобы сэкономить время. Я их вовремя остановила, кратко указав, что вижу в такой схеме много рисков.
