Мой дед семь лет боролся с раком. И вот, возраст, болезнь и химия стали брать своё. Мама написала мне за день-два до Первомая, что дедушка очень плох, и, может, мне стоит приехать, пока не слишком поздно. Видно, сам Бог своими большими невидимыми ладонями укрывал мой аэроэкспресс, мой самолёт, такси, чтобы я могла успеть попрощаться — ничто ни разу не воспрепятствовало за целый день пути.
