Несмотря на то, что в РТТ мы не так много играем турниров, пока всего 10 за этот год, в обновлённом рейтинге РТТ от 4 августа Злата поднялась на 20 позиций, с 44 места на 24 место в своей возрастной категории. По-тихоньку двигаемся к нашей цели на этот год - завершить его в топ 10. Ну что, сегодня у нас жёсткий график - подъём в 5 утра, тренировка с 6 до 7, в 8-00 матч в основной сетке одиночного турнира, с 13 до 14 тренировка, растяжка, в 17-30 матч в основной сетке парного турнира. Заминка.💪 Как Вам такое?)))

Сегодня сыграли 1-ый матч группового этапа основного турнира Eminent Podgorica U12 в Черногории🇲🇪 Соперница непростая, 12 лет, Россиянка, вчера выиграла турнир в Сербии, на июль 2026 года в рейтинге Российского Теннисного Тура в категории до 13 лет занимает 3-ю строчку. Играли хорошо, особенно в начале 1-го сета и в конце 2-го сета. Шансы, да, они всегда и у всех есть, но разница в 2 года тут сказывается, опыт в перв…

В 4-30 утра уже были в Подгорице))) Перекус и едем на тренировку в теннисный клуб EMINENT, где в 8 утра стартует турнир ТЕ Eminent Podgorica U12🇲🇪 У нас 3 запуск и играем первый матч в основе с... победительницей турнира в Белграде 🤦

Вчера, 2 августа, последний день в Сербии🇷🇸, в Белграде. Утром посмотрели финал турнира ТЕ MISIN MEMORIJAL U12, потом час поработали с лесенкой и час тренировка на корте. После релакс в бассейне с прыжками🏊 Всё, выезд в Черногорию, решили поехать автобусом.

Пока находимся в Белграде, отличная погода, солнечно ☀️ плюс 35 днём - сегодня 1,5 часа физподготовки и 2,5 часа тенниса, продолжаем работать с подачей и выходом из неё. Готовимся к турниру ТЕ Eminent Podgorica U12 в Черногории🇲🇪

В среду, 29 июля, утром провели 2-х часовую тренировку по офп и сфп, после чего пошли расслабляться в бассейн) Спортивный центр Олимп, прям рядом с академией Типсаревича, всё для активного и здорового образа жизни🔥 4 бассейна - 1 детский (мелкий), 2 бассейна глубиной примерно 1,1 м с разной температурой воды и 1 большой, глубокий (~2 метра). В Черногории попали в основу турнира, поэтому остаёмся в Сербии до воскресен…

В 1 круге парного турнира ТЕ Misin Memorijal сегодня играли хорошо, особенно во 2-ом сете, равная игра, но уступили 2/6, 4/6! В целом всё хорошо, наш первый опыт на турнире ТЕ, изначально было волнительно, но это всё наживное, побольше практики и выездов и будем уже выходить на корт в полной боевой готовности💪 Завтра у нас день физподготовки и релакс в бассейне😏

Вчера в матче за выход в основную сетку турнира MISIN MEMORIJAL уступили местной девочке (на 2 года старше), но вопрос не в возрасте, а в росте)) Когда увидели соперницу первое, что пришло в голову - а точно ей 12??? Внешне лет на 14 легко тянет, вот этот визуалтный обман и повлиял в игру Златы и первый сет не могли просто настроиться - ошибка на ошибке, собрались и поняли как надо играть только при 0/4, сделали 3/4,…
