Nachtrag: Was habe ich administrativ anders gemacht? Statt die Kopien deren Briefe mühselig im Schreibprogramm einzufügen, habe ich nur einen zweiseitigen Brief geschrieben. Die Originale füge ich bei. Allerdings mache ich vorher noch eine Scanner-PDF. Vorteile: Keine Extra-Papier-Akte mehr, und das Scannen geht flotter von der Hand.
