Кто и как учитывает ВИЭ энергобалансе 🇷🇺 Самый, пожалуй, консервативный нормативный подход к учету располагаемой мощности ВЭС и СЭС в энергобалансе страны применятся в России. Системный Оператор РФ в балансах мощности учитывает располагаемую мощность ВЭС и СЭК как равную нулю.
