۵ــ تسلیم و توکل این مرحله هم خیلی مهمه.. چون تکمیل کننده است تو تمام تلاشت میکنی+ جنگنده هستی + با استقامت تو مسیر خدا هستی.. ولی باید تسلیم هم باشی یعنی همه تلاشت کن.. ولی در نهایت بدون همه چی دست خداست تسلیم باش.. همین تسلیم بودنه باعث صبر میشه...

کلا یکی از چیزایی که خیلی در صبر داشتن موثر هست.. آرامش هست.. وقتی که آدم با آرامش عمیق نداشته باشه... واقعا چجوری میخواد به مدت طولانی صبر کنه؟ قطعا وا میده..! توحید کمک میکنه که.. ترس و غم از وجودت بره.. ترس و غم که رفت... آرامش و شادی میاد تو وجودت.. کلا آدمایی که توحید دارن اصن... ترس و غم ندارن.. آدمی که آروم و شاد باشه.. حتما میتونه که صبر کنه..💕 کلا صبر براش راحت تر میشه.. پس توحید خیلی عامل موثری…

کلا موفقیت تو این مرحله چند تا فاکتور اصلی داره : ۱ــ استقامت ( صد میلیارد بار هم که شکست بخوری و گناه کنی ، ناامید نشی و با تمام وجود تلاش کنی که تو مسیر خدا حسابی پرو باشی ، کلا هر غلطی که کردی...بازم بیای و برگردی پیش خدا...! ) ۲ــ جنگنده بودن و همه تلاش گذاشتن ( چقدر حاضری بها بدی ؟ چقدر می جنگی با نفس ات؟ چقدر براش برنامه خودسازی و....داری و حاضری صد تلاشت بگذاری ؟! )
