#類鼻疽菌 #類鼻疽 #香港爆發 類鼻疽菌 類鼻疽菌是一種細菌,在熱帶和亞熱帶地區的表面地下水和土地上的根際網絡都能發現,因此可以汙染土壤和土地表面的積水.在病理學分類中,它屬於革式染色陰性,雙極性,可移動的嗜氧桿菌. 環境報告指出,類鼻疽菌一般生活在10釐米下的土壤中,在自然環境中,在雨季會比較高機會從土壤中散播到淺層土壤繁殖.離開生境後,類鼻疽菌在不同極端環境都能生存,包括營養缺乏的蒸餾水和沙漠地區,在不清潔的水體如鄉村飲用水和不經氯氣消毒的水中都可以造成爆發.小編記得新聞中袁國勇曾要求在食水中加強消毒應該也是同理. 人類和很多不同動物都有機會感染類鼻疽菌,一般通過傷口,呼吸吸入或攝取受汙染的顆粒(如泥土顆粒)和水滴而感染,甚至有報告指出被攝取在胃內的類鼻疽菌都有可能造成感染.在塵土飛揚或長期和濕地接觸的環境,如熱帶風暴後或稻田處插秧時,都會增加感染風險.因此,產稻大國泰國是高發地點.而近日香港爆發類鼻疽的地方包括了地…

#武肺病毒 現在新聞上大家應該都有印象,聽到過諸如BA.1, BA.2, XE一類的病毒變種。 這些名稱籠統地說,都可以當成Omicron 的變種。BA.1和BA.2都是Omicron 的下屬變種,兩者基因組上只有很少的分別。而其他諸如XE,XR等則是BA.1和BA.2之間的重組病毒,也就是BA.1和BA.2在基因組上不同的部份,按不同比例重組出來的一個完整病毒。當然除了Omicron的下屬變種外,也出現了Omicron和Delta的重組病毒,如delta和BA.1重組出了XD和XF.(亦即是所謂deltacron) 但當然,雖然現有數據證明這些變種可能會影響其傳染性,如XE的傳染性可能高出Omicron 一成,但數據依然未夠全面,不同變種的表現依然在觀察中。
