В Узбекистане предложили создавать общественные парки на месте перенесенных госучреждений. Речь идет о территориях, на которых ранее располагались школы, техникумы, вузы, больницы и другие организации. На этих участках предложено запретить строительство ЖК, торговых центров, административных зданий, промышленных объектов и других сооружений.
Налоговики закрывали глаза на нарушения, а бизнес уклонялся от налогов. Вскрыта схема: шесть фирм незаконно вернули НДС на 32,6 млрд, продали товар на 195,9 млрд за наличку, скрыв выручку, и не доплатили налогов на 42,5 млрд. При этом налоговые инспекторы при проверках «не заметили» 5,2 млрд сумов налогов. Возбуждено уголовное дело. Идёт следствие. Материалы переданы в суд. Ущерб — в особо крупных размерах.
В Узбекистане предлагают восстановить заброшенные аэродромы и взлётно-посадочные полосы для использования в туристических целях. Соответствующая норма содержится в проекте постановления президента по развитию активного туризма.

В Узбекистане утвердили порядок строительства и эксплуатации платных автомобильных дорог. Одно из главных условий - платные трассы нельзя будет вводить без бесплатной альтернативы.
В Россию из Узбекистана поступило более 20 тонн зараженного винограда. Специалисты обнаружили в крупной партии винограда повилику, одного семени которой достаточно для поражения 5-6 квадратных метров почвы.
