По поводу впн
Впн летает, и смартфон и на ПК. Небо и земля в сравнении с другими сервисами, все таки опен впн и небольшая нагрузка решает 👍

В то время как пишут каждый день о том, что у всех не работают впн - я не знаю такой проблемы) Преимущество в том, что его почти нет ни в одних списках Соотвественно и Роскомнадзор до него доберётся совсем не скоро.
