2024年9月21日清晨，菲律宾帕赛市（Pasay）罗哈斯大道辅路（Roxas Blvd）前往世贸中心方向，两辆车发生碰撞并引发枪战。 警方表示，当时本田奥德赛休旅车撞向了同行方向的宝马车，暂不清楚此前两车是否已有发生交通事故或互不相让的行为。 由于事发路段正好有警察巡逻，因此至少三名涉事外国公民（疑似为中国人）被立即制服并转移到附近警局。 当局尚不确定此次事件是由交通路怒引发，还是由个人恩怨导致。警方也在调查双方是否持有持枪证以及枪支是否有注册。

#网友投稿 #绑架 今天差点被绑架了，差点回不来了。左边是makati警察局，右边消防局这个T字路口。我一直以为这路上很安全。结果路上靠边停着个大越野，也不开灯，里面小路路口边站着一个光头戴口罩的，我往前走看到一个人站在树下那几辆摩托车假装找车的，看我过来在T字路口的车开始发动朝我开过来，这个时候还闪过他们很可疑的念头。 但还是不够警觉，觉得绑架这些离我很远，这个路上也安全。当那个站在摩托车旁边的人用力抱着我的时候才感觉不妙，挣扎着喊救命。三四个人冲过来绑架我，在后面拖拽我，还有一个用东西嘞我脖子直接窒息都喊不出来了，还有个最后面拉我一条腿，我感觉已经要挣扎不动要被拖上车，要面对绑匪的虐待和撕票了。 应该有三个人来拉我，车上还有一个司机，还好我走路平时比较快，挣扎的比较剧烈，才没有刚好在开过来的车门口停下，而是车开过去我的几个身位。一开始路上没车，绑我的时候刚好过去几辆车没人管我。还好车辆突然增多，还有送外卖的小菲摩托…
