الخضير يوافق على تفصيل البنعلي وانصاره ولكن يخالفهم بجزئية صغيرة يرى ان القاضي اذا كان يفعل هذا "قليلا" لا يكفر ولكن اذا اكثر من هذا الفعل فهو كافر طبعاً كلام الخضير مكفر عندهم لانه بهذا لا يكفر بالطاغوت اذا ارتكب كفرا من اول مرة

لماذا هنا لم تكفر ابو محمد العدناني الذي يجيز توكيل المحامين ليتحاكموا للطاغوت ويخرجون الاسرى "اليس الدال على الشيء كفاعله" لماذا لم تجعل العامي الذي يريد انزال العقوبة بانها استثناء من الصور وله اجتهاده كما فعلت مع العدناني مع ان شرعاً اكثر من يستحق العذر هو العامي الجاهل اكثر من العالم العابد؟؟؟؟
