כתב אישום הוגש נגד נהג ערבי שדרס את השב״חים אותם הבריח כאשר הגיעו הנהג והנוסעים לחורשה סמוך לקיבוץ דבירה, התפתח עימות בין הנהג לבין חלק מהנוסעים השב"חים, במהלך העימות נחבל הנהג בראשו. הנהג הבחין בשלושה שב״חים נמלטים כשהם נעים צמודים כתף אל כתף במעלה הגבעה הוא האיץ את הרכב, נסע לעברם ופגע בשלושתם בעוצמה. לאחר הפגיעה הוטח אחד מהם (שמו שרחה) לקרקע, ושואמרה הנהג המשיך בנסיעתו ודרס אותו באמצעות גלגלי הרכב. שני השב"חים…
