فوری: از مدیرعامل و نماینده شرکت ها تعهد نامه گرفتن که بهشون اینترنت بین الملل برای انجام فعالیت های تجاری داده بشه، اما حق هیچ گونه اعتراض و پشتیبانی از معترضین رو ندارن و در این صورت بازداشت و تعلیق میشن. + با این اوصاف انگار قرار نیست فعلا اینترنت متصل بشه و قراره برای یه قشر خاص اینترنت بین الملل رو اونم با گذاشتن یه سری شروط متصل کنن.
