Sans budget voté, on va dépenser automatiquement plus (retraites et prestations indexées sur l'inflation) et on va arrêter d'investir notamment dans la loi de programmation militaire — primordiale pourtant dans la défense de notre pays. Les Français sont prêts à faire des efforts sur les dépenses publiques. Mais les retraites, ce n'est pas un service social qu'on ajuste au doigt mouillé : on cotise, on est servi. La polémique sur la levée de drapeau au son de la Marseillaise n’a pas lieu d’être. J’y suis favorable, si c’est un projet scolaire porté par l’ensemble de la communauté éducative de l’établissement. Je l'ai vécu à l'école Charlemagne (Espérance banlieues) à Argenteuil, en plein cœur des quartiers. Une cérémonie forte, portée par les enseignants, les parents et la direction. Quand c'est un vrai projet d'école part…
