بتهيألي السبب الحقيقي لإكتئاب أي شخص هو إحساسُه بـ إنُّه مش مهم أو مفيش حد مُهتم لأمره وده شعور أصعب من الوحده لإنه ممكن يحصلك وإنتَ حواليك ألف شخص، اللحظة الحقيقية إللي بيحس فيها الشخص بالسعادة لمّا يكون مرغوب فيه وأُموره مهمة بالنسبة لشخص ما بيحسسك بوجودك وإنك شخص مُميز وتتحب .
