عن تجربة فعلًا، لما ترضى بقضاء ربنا وتبقي واثق إن اللّي بيختارهولك فيه خير، هتلاقي ربنا بيراضيك في الوقت المناسب ولما تصبر على الابتلاء، وعلى الحزن والضيق، وتفضل متمسك بالأمل، ربنا مش هيضيع صبرك ولما تؤمن بعوض ربنا حتى لو كل الطرق قدامك باينة إنها مقفولة، خليك واثق إن ربنا قادر يفتحلك باب من مكان متتوقعوش فإحنا بنحسن الظن بربنا، ومؤمنين إن كل اللّي عنده خير، وإن اختياراته لينا دايمًا فيها حكمة ورحمة.

على فكرة، عادي جدًا إن ربنا يرزقك بحاجات كتير حلوة في نفس الوقت تعليم كويس، وجواز ناجح، وشغل أو كارير مميز، ورزق واسع، وذرية صالحة، وعيلة كبيرة بتحبك وتحبهم، ويبقي عندك من نعم الدنيا وأسباب الراحة اللِّي وصلت لها البشرية وعادي جدًا كمان إنك تعيش سعيد، وقلبك متعلق بربنا، ولسانك دايمًا بيحمده ويذكره، وتبقي ابتلاءاتك قليلة ممكن ربنا يجمعلك بين النعم والسكينة وحسن العبادة، ودي ببساطة اسمها؛ عافية.
شوفت أي حاجة كويسة أو أي حاجة بتعجبك أو نفسك فيها تقول "اللهم بارك" لما قلت كدا لحد زعل كدا وقال: يعني أنا عيني وحشة؟ هو ده المعنى اللي واصل لك؟ ده أمر نبوي من خير الخلق صلى الله عليه وسلم أنت عادي جدا ممكن تحسد حد وأنت مش واخد بالك ، فامنع نزيف حسناتك ادعي بالبركة ، خليها على لسانك في أي حاجة ، دي أهم نصيحة ممكن أنصحها لكم
