Что касается моих результатов - за 4 месяца ушло 25 кг Набрала я 30! Но вот эти последние кг самые трудные в сбрасывании+ нужно поработать над качеством тела С понедельника вернусь к рилсам, начну снимать себя и покажу результат ❤️

Так же все хотела поделиться домашним салатом цезарь на который мы очень подсели , а все дело в соусе ! Куриное филе готовлю в аэрогриле ( можно обжарить или в духовке), использую салат айсберг + романо. Сыр 🧀 пармезан и сухари тоже сама делаю в аэрогриле из обычного хлеба. Дорогие мои, несмотря на то, что я уже давно ничего открыто не продаю - у меня приобретают продукты на сайте Не по моей вине мне заблокировали счет ип 🤦🏻♀️ моя декларация просто зависла, я так закрутилась в материнстве, что ничего не проверила и пустила на самотек. Еще раз это все говорит о том, что необходимо на все время и полного включения, чего сейчас у меня нет В общем пока выясняю, стрессую и пару дней оплаты…

Надеюсь вы меня еще помните и благодарю, что не отписались 🙏❤️ Честно сказать, у меня прям какая-то апатия на ведение соц сетей. Только сегодня прогрузился телеграм и я смогла прочесть ваши истории и советы. Девочки, спасибо каждой за отклик, мне это очень важно. 2 дня спим на другую сторону и он начал сам поворачивать голову в эту сторону и голова стала будто ровнее! Я переживаю очень В общем дело вот в чем : У Глеба с одной стороны голова стала будто скошенная Мы спим вместе и я всегда чередую СВОЕ ПОЛОЖЕНИЕ! То слева от него сплю, то справа.
