تنشيط سريع … انا حمزة مصري الجنسية، اعمل لدى شركة الفلاح للمقاولات،اعمل مساعد مدير مشروع، اقامتي مع الشركة انتهت وعقدي لا زال ساري مع شركة الفلاح، تلقيت عرض وظيفي من شركة اخرى وقبلت فيها وجدد لي اقامتي وعملت معاهم، تفاجئت باقامة دعوى من قبل شركة الفلاح، ومن ضمن مطالبتهم بقية العقد سوالي هنا: هل يحق لهم مطالبتهم ببقية العقد مع العلم ان اقامتي منتهيه معهم ولم يتم تجديدها

فعاليات الظهرية: انا مساعد شغال في شركة اخصائي قانوني، جاني ايميل عن عامل كثير الغياب استدعيته حسب المواد النظامية، للتحقيق معاه ، حققت معاه ووجدت انه يرفض العمل بسبب ان مكان العمل في الاماكن المرتفعه وعنده ما يثبت انه سقط من الاعلى من اشعه وغيره واطلعت عليها اثناء محضر التحقيق ، وسويت توصيه انه يلزم ان يعمل في الاماكن المنخفضة في الارض ، تفاجأت بانه طلب خروج نهائي لعدم توفر وظيفة منخفضة المسافة، وتم اعطائه مستحقات …

فالصحيح هنا : في حال تم الاتفاق بالعقد على تحديد تعويض معين فإنه سيتم الحكم بناء على قيمة التعويض ، وذلك حسب ما نصت عليه المادة ٧٧ من نظام العمل

فعاليات منتصف الليل: انا خالد وقعت مع شركة القمر كاخصائي قانوني، في البنود ذكر امرين : في حال انهم فصلوني بسبب غير مشروع وثبت انه فصلهم غير مشروع ادفع لهم فقط شهرين من راتبي الاساسي وفي حال انا من خرجت بسبب غير مشروع ادفع لهم بقية العقد مرت الايام وطلعوني بسبب غير مشروع واطالب الان ببقية العقد، الامر غير صحيح لخروجي لما رجعت للعقد اكتشفت ان العقد شريعه المتعاقدين لكن لما رجع للمادة ٨ تميل لصالح العامل ، السؤال…
